Argentina – City of Buenos Aires (GCBA)

The  system installed for the City of Buenos Aires includes instrumentation, hazardous weather detection and prediction, and hydrological modeling to monitor and forecast hazardous weather conditions across the city and surrounding area. The project includes integration of radar, satellite, surface station, stream gauge, and WRF forecast datasets. Display systems delivered include the Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System II forecaster workstation, a Web based display iMap for forecasters, emergency managers, and the public, and a hydrological display.
